Is there an AI assistant that books appointments for clinics?+
Yes. The Speakline voice agent answers clinic calls in Turkish, asks for the department and preferred day and time, and passes the appointment request into your scheduling workflow. If your appointment system is connected, it can check availability; if not, it forwards the request to your reception team, who confirm the new time, so you stay in control.
Does the assistant answer medical questions?+
No. Speakline is built for administrative workflows such as appointments, reminders, directions and opening hours. It does not give medical advice; medical questions, treatment topics and emergencies should go to your healthcare professionals. You define these limits clearly in the agent’s script and have such calls passed straight to your team.
Can it make reminder calls and follow up on no-shows?+
Yes. With outbound campaigns you can call patients before their appointment to confirm attendance and take new preferences from those who want to change. For patients who missed their appointment, a callback can be scheduled to take a new appointment request. Outcomes are recorded and change requests go to your reception team.
How are patient data and KVKK handled?+
Under KVKK, health data is a special category of personal data, so we recommend configuring the agent to collect only the administrative details an appointment needs. If calls are recorded, the caller hears a KVKK notice first. Team accounts can be protected with two-step login, and our KVKK notice explains how personal data is processed.
Can we keep our clinic’s existing phone number?+
Yes. You can port your current number to Speakline, or keep it with your carrier and connect the line (BYOC). Patients keep calling the number they know, and calls are routed to the voice agent, the reception queue or, outside opening hours, to voicemail, depending on your call flow. We’ll plan the setup together during the demo.
