FAQ

Questions about lead follow-up

What does the customer journey feature do?

Customer journey ties the outcome of every call to a next step. The need, timing and level of interest you learn on the call are recorded on the lead, unanswered calls get retries and interested leads get follow-ups. Nothing is left on a sticky note or in someone’s memory, and your team can see where each lead stands.

What happens to missed and unanswered calls?

You set retry rules for unanswered calls: how many attempts, how far apart and during which hours. When the person is reached, the outcome is recorded; when they aren’t, your team can see who is still waiting. Missed inbound calls can also go on a callback list so they are returned in order.

How can I prioritise leads?

The details collected on the call and the outcome codes let you sort leads. With built-in lead scoring you can separate people who are interested, who want a call later and who aren’t interested, and route warm leads straight to your sales team. Every status change is logged, so you can trace a lead’s history later.

Can leads from a web form be called automatically?

Yes. When a lead from your web form, an ad or your own system reaches Speakline through the API or a webhook, it can be called using the script you set. The voice agent learns the need and preferred timing, books an appointment if your calendar is connected, or passes the lead to your team with the details.

Is the collected information sent to our CRM?

Yes. After every call, the summary, outcome code, notes and transcript can be sent to your CRM or your own system through the API and webhooks. When someone on your team calls the customer back, the context of the earlier conversation is already in front of them, so they don’t have to ask the same questions again.
