Integrations

Your voice layer. Connected.

Speakline integrations are the connection layer that sends call events and the details collected on each call to your CRM and business systems through an API and webhooks. After every call, the summary, outcome code and transcript reach your own workflows.

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Which systems does Speakline integrate with?

Speakline connects to your CRM, booking system or in-house apps through a REST API with an OpenAPI schema and webhooks. Call events and the details collected on each call are sent to your systems by webhook. With the HTTP request step in the call flow, you can also fetch data from your own system during a call and route it accordingly.

How is call information sent to the CRM?

After every call, the AI summary, the operator’s outcome code, notes, tags, the transcript and a link to the recording can be added to your CRM as a note. When your sales or support team opens the customer record, they see what was discussed on the last call. If there is no ready-made connection for your CRM, you can receive the same data through webhooks.

Are webhooks secure, and what if a delivery fails?

Webhook requests are signed, so your system can verify the signature to confirm a request really came from Speakline. If a delivery fails, it is retried according to the retry policy, and you can track the delivery status. This reduces the risk of losing call data because of a brief outage on your side.

Can we pull data from our own system during a call?

Yes. An HTTP request step in your call flow queries your system during the call and routes the call based on the response. For example, you can look up the caller’s number in your customer list and send VIP customers to a priority queue. The voice agent can also fetch information from connected systems through tools and function calling.

Do we need developers to integrate?

Not for everyday use: the voice agent, call flows and channels are configured in the dashboard. If you want a custom connection to your CRM or internal systems, you may need someone technical to work with the API and webhooks. We can map out together which data should flow where during the demo.
